TERMS OF SERVICE

Subscription (Standard Class)
- Monthly subscriptions are rolling and can be canceled at any time with 30 days' notice.
- Payments are processed on the first working day of each month until a cancellation notice is provided.
- Full details of these classes can be found on the classes page.

Extra Spicy Classes
- These classes are led by external self-employed instructors. Prices and details are set by them; inquiries can be directed to the respective instructors or Linx Gym Management.
- These classes are run on an ad-hoc basis within a bulk program.

1-2-1 & Bespoke Programs
- Available upon request using our website inquiry form or by contacting individual trainers directly.
- These can be run independently, and you do not need to be a subscription member.
- Programs will be tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Attendance
- Arrive on time for classes; doors close 15 minutes after the start time to ensure proper warm-up.

Prices
- Class membership and extra spicy classes prices are listed on the website with tiered options.
- Prices for 1-2-1 training and bespoke sessions are determined by individual trainers; members should discuss options directly for quotes.

Payments
- Class memberships are purchased via the gym's website, with prices set according to the selected plan. Payment will be taken automatically the first working day of the month.
- Prices may increase with one month's notice.
- Payments for 1-2-1 or bespoke sessions are made directly to Personal Trainers, typically due by the first working day of each month in bulk for discounts. Pricing varies by trainer.
- Extra Spicy Classes are purchased via the gym's website when they become available.

Cancellation
- Cancellations for individual classes, 1-2-1, or bespoke sessions require 48 hours' notice. Sessions canceled within this period are payable with no refunds.
- Cancellations prior to 48 hours' notice can be rescheduled.
- Membership and regularly scheduled 1-2-1 session cancellations require 30 days' notice.
- Extra Spicy Classes and bespoke programs are non-refundable.
 - You have a 14-day cooling-off period; any classes taken in this period will be charged at the single class rate.

Class Credits
- Monthly subscriptions provide a set number of class credits usable within the month of payment.
- Credits cannot be rolled over to the next month but can be spread out or used consecutively.
- Subscriptions can be suspended for one month upon request.

Personal Trainers
- All Personal Trainers are self-employed and operate independently within Linx Gym, which they rent.
- Trainer availability varies; consult with them for scheduling.

Opening Hours
- As a private gym, hours differ from traditional gyms. Class schedules are available online, and personal trainers can provide specific hours.

Access (No Cars)
- Access to the gym is via the south exit from the lane, which is private; no cars are allowed under any circumstances. Full address details will be provided upon booking.

Equipment Use
- Members are responsible for cleaning equipment after use. Any damage or malfunctioning equipment should be reported immediately.

Facility
- Linx Gym is insured and has a first aid box. Karra Sutherland is trained in first aid and fire marshal certified.
- Members should familiarise themselves with exits; in case of a fire alarm or emergency, use the south exit to evacuate.
- A single shower room and a separate toilet room are available for member use.
- Members are encouraged to report any emergency situations to staff immediately.

Lost Property
- Linx Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Any items found will be held for a period of 30 days. After this period, unclaimed items will be disposed of or donated.

Medical
- Members are responsible for ensuring they are fit to train. Consulting a doctor before starting any physical activity is recommended.
- If there are medical concerns or injuries, consult trainers for appropriate adjustments to workouts.

Liability Waiver
- Members and clients acknowledge that participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks. By signing up, members and clients agree to participate at their own risk and release Linx Gym, its staff, and trainers from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during training or classes.

Member Behaviour
- All members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff and fellow members. Harassment, discrimination, or any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in membership termination.

Photo/Video Consent
- Members consent to the use of their image in photos or videos taken at the gym for promotional purposes.
- Members wishing to opt-out must inform the gym in writing prior to the session.

Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a dispute or complaint, members should first address the issue with gym management. If unresolved, a formal complaint can be submitted in writing. The gym will respond within 14 days.

Age Restrictions
- Members must be at least 16 years old to join. Minors aged 16-17 require parental consent.
- Children under the age of 16 are not recommended onsite, but may attend at the request of a parent/guardian. They must take full responsibility for them and ensure they do not use the equipment.
- Certain classes may have specific age restrictions; please consult the class schedule for details.

Membership Hold Policy
- Members may place their membership on hold for a maximum of two months per year, provided a request is submitted in writing at least 10 days prior to the next billing cycle.

Amendments to Terms
- Linx Gym reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of any changes via email or posted notices at the gym.
